Sync: Authorization Error: immediate_failed #1105

Sync is giving an error that says Authorization Error: immediate_failed. Any suggestions?

IPhone 6 iOS 9.3.1

Also, on iOS using IITC-Mobile, tapping or double-tapping on the "Authorize" button doesn't work. My guess is this is a problem with the IITC-Mobile iOS app, because it works fine from Safari on iOS.
