Unable to open "Missions in View" window #1123

I'm running Version: 0.25.2.20151111.74206 [jonatkins-test] If I try to open "Missions in View" window while looking at https://www.ingress.com/intel?ll=40.711126,-74.011717&z=17 nothing happens and Chrome's console window says Uncaught TypeError: Reduce of empty array with no initial value

If I pan a bit away from that area eventually I'm able to open missions window. It's just in that specific spot.
