Feature Request: Show vanilla intel plans on temporary layer.

I wasn't aware of IITC supporting vanilla intel plans, in the format of https://www.ingress.com/intel?ll=-20.337525,151.217322&z=4&pls=-15.484303,128.121864,3.141372,101.693029_-30.692056,116.211715,-21.833331,140.924636

After asking about it in community I found that I first had to import it into drawtools.

A nice QoL improvement to IITC would be if visiting the link auto-imported the plan, but I could see this frustrating people as their draw-tools gets nuked.

Alternately I propose loading a temporary draw tools layer for viewing.

Additional features leading from this could be:

• Support editing of this temporary layer.
• Exporting a layer to vanilla format.
• Multiple draw tools layering support.
• Copying features between layers.
