IITC mobile crashes when sharing portal on samsung galaxy s8 #1208

I have a Samsung galaxy S8 running stock android 7.1.1, when clicking on the share portal link IITC crashes out and closes. Please let me know if you would like any further info.

Came here to submit this same ticket. Can confirm it happens on my s8 as well. Having to use my old s5 for iitc/navigation.

Also crashes on S6 running Android 7.0. Both the normal and test builds crash when you click the "Share Portal" button.

The IITC test build now works perfectly on my S8. Thank you soo much for fixing this amazing app

I'm still having this problem on the Galaxy S6. All stock. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the stable and test builds with no change. Every time I click "share portal" the app closes.

Now crashing for me too on S6. Was fine until update to Android N yesterday

This is fixed in #1227 ... With no public owner on this project, I don't know who should I ping.

I am currently having the same problem of the share portal feature closing the app. I have a Note 8 and the test build did not fix the issue for me. Is there a different solution?
