Downloads page of website shows old version numbers and dates #1221

https://iitc.me/desktop/ shows incorrect dates and version numbers for both the main IITC script as well as all the plugins. It would be good to either update them or remove them to avoid confusion.

The version on the website is the same as the last release tag - but same problem with the test builds (website)
