Unique portal - highlighter-uniques not found #1223

On the site it states to use the highlighter-uniques to see uniques on the map, but I could not find a link to download that plugin. Is it no longer supported so the message on the site is out of date or am I missing something?

It's a "misc" category plugin - https://static.iitc.me/build/release/plugins/uniques.user.js

(the description comment is wrong - the highlighter is just part of the plugin)
