show portals i can upgrade to a level #127

I could use a feature which shows me portals i can upgrade to a level.

as an example: usually, i search for portals of level 7 and 8, so i would like to see portals, i could upgrade to level 7 too to find valuble hotspots.

sounds like an idea for a plugin.

Some thoughts:

highlight existing friendly portals at/above your level - to find current useful farms
highlight portals you can upgrade so they're above the level you can make solo - from L6+ this gives two possible levels, 3 from L8 - and only some may be of interest.

See https://github.com/dazz/iitc-plugins/tree/master/upgradeablePortals - that's a plugin that shows portals that are upgradeable to at least player level - 1. Goes in the same direction, although not completely the same thing.
