OAuth login on mobile #1293

In order to log in it's necessary to input google credentials right in IITC app window, and that is not convenient. I prefer if it be possible to forward login request to my usual browser, where I feel more safe to input my credentials.

I am not developer, but it seems that we need something like here: https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/android/

Use OAuth login would not give you permission to access intel data unless you get secret info of Ingress Intel...

That was already in iitc, but removed at some point. Perhaps we can find the reason in changelog.
