Map status: up to date

Everything else works quite perfect.

@Sh4peshifter Have a look at the layer chooser. Are the portals enabled? @jonatkins which version did you submit to F-Droid? Is this patch included? https://github.com/jonatkins/ingress-intel-total-conversion/commit/e2f8c7c5cf4240fb035996bf9c34bf9d0c07041c Otherwise all layers are disabled by default and it sucks on mobile to enable them again.
