Show photo submitter info #295

While the new features of alternate photos and like counts may not have a value, the photo submitter username may be very useful in some circumstances. It seems to be returned in attributionMarkup in the photoStreamInfo object.

I'd only noticed the submitter in the app earlier today for the first time. Also, there's the description field to show - #285

I think the best place for all of this is on the dialog that opens when you click the portal image. Could include a way of browsing multiple images here too,

I wouldn't mind taking this task on to help me get a little deeper into the IITC source. Should this feature go directly into the app or in a plugin?

I've got a preliminary version of this feature built now. Pull request should come in tomorrow or so (once I finish polishing it).

This was implemented in IITC some time ago.
