Layers checkbox for resonators #345

Please add a checkbox to disable drawing resonators at high resolution.

We had an event this weekend for which I needed a good printable map of our town's portals. The resonators add a lot of visual clutter which is distracting (and, by the time we actually held the event, obsolete)

Maybe an alt plugin to "resonator display zoom level decrease" to either completely turn them off or make them only show at max zoom? Should be easy to do.
