Show total mitigation #383

Show in portal info total mitigation. For example, a portas with 3 Very_rare new sheilds and 1 Very_Rare old shield -> 30+30+30+10 -> Total Mitigation = 100

We should show the total for all the new stats somewhere.

Yeah! that would be great.

Examples: -Total posible hacks -Total seconds between hacks (or 2:30 minutes for example) Etc... Edit: thanks vita10gy

Also, there seems to be some debate over how the mitigation is calculated, but I'm of the mindset that we should do something and change it as needed, seeing as mitigation went from almost ignorable to game changing. Even if we don't get the calculation perfect the weak and strong will still become apparent.

In the recent commits, mitigation calculation has been moved into IITC core, but AP list still does the calculation itself. Also, it uses a different algorithm. So what's the correct way now: Adding the shields' mitigation or multiplying the attack effectiveness of each shield?

I think with the current state of many disabled plugins, this issue could probably be marked closed to reduce clutter.
