guess player level plugin: bug #388

guess player level plugin 0.4.5 didn't ignore the 2 L8 resonators by SunShineStill on this portal, and guess him Level 8.

he's not reached L8, and there is no other L8 res by him on the map.

therefore, there is something wrong with the method to ignore possibly VIRUS made resonators

The level guesses are cached in browser local storage. So, if the previous version was used when a portal was flipped, the wrong result will be remembered.

In the dev version a button has been added to the dialog to reset this cache, to clear out these old incorrect guesses.
