Portal Descriptions HTML #423

Portal descriptions can have HTML in them. We should either render it or remove it.

Can you confirm how these descriptions are displayed in the android app? My guess is that descriptions shouldn't have HTML tags in them as the app doesn't process them either - matching the display in IITC.

Displaying the HTML directly is likely to be risky. Badly formatted things cluld break display, and if Niantic let a Githubissues.
