Suggestion: Show ETA for decay in Tooltips #455

Every 24h a resonator looses a small amount of energy, so it would be nice if the mouse over tooltips for portals, resonators and maybe links would show how long it will take until they are decayed. So if the next drain will kill it you can ask for help, or the other way round, tell your people that it is important to not recharge them, if you want to get rid of some misplaced things.

The decay for resonators is based on the capture time - every 24h after this all resonators loose 15% of their max energy.

If it wasn't captured in the last 24 hours, this time is shown in the tooltop for the portal capture date.

This is going to be a feature in a new "portal energy statistics" plugin I'm working on. It'll show you how long until the next decay cycle, time until the next resonator decays, and time until the next level drop.

An imminent decay highlighter would be cool - red for decay will neutralize the portal in the next day, orange two days, yellow 3 days, etc. Just an idea.
