Plugin Suggestion: Show Portals in Grey (e.g. without the faction owning it) #503

Because I don't want to start with the development of an IITC plugin I try to start with an suggestion for a new plugin 1st... I just hope I didn't miss a feature of any existing plugin...

Requested feature: I would like to have the possibility to switch to a view of the INTEL map, where portals aren't coloured by the owning faction, but just in a "plan grey". The reason for this is when planning anything, the current owning factions sometimes aren't of much interest.

On the other hand: maybe it is possible to tweak a existing to add a switch for the portal "color".

It would probably be quite easy to write a highlighter plugin that changes the portal colour (and perhaps size too?) so they're all the same.

highlighter added: it's currently buggy (sometimes colour changes, sometimes not - but the size is set to neutral) - other in-progress work should, I hope, fix this

How complicated would it be to ignore the current resonator positions and only show a perfect resonator placement?
