new munge set 2013-12-06 #689

Niantic has update the JavaScript again. Reloading IITC helps, so munge detection seems to work.* Nevertheless, the new munge parameters should be included into the IITC source. Also, what did they change apart form the munge sets?

*For IITCm: Set "aggressive caching" (see advanced settings) to never, go back to map, wait for reload to complete, change back cache preference.

Other than the munge sets, it looks like minor bugfixes. e.g. capture date not shown, mods tab fails to work. some changes to their map data caching code too

as far as i can see, nothing other than updating munges is needed on our side
