Uncaptured portals are invisible #818

First many thanks for that great tool! I have the problem, that on mobile and firefox with iitc the unclaimed portals are invisible. Is this a global bug or what do I have to fix? Thanks.

Sorry found bug. I had to turn that layer on... don't know how it get off.
