Feature request: Filter portals by health or level #830

I wondering that I cannot find any UI to do that. This is a recent Intel Map update?

You can filter by level in the layer chooser (desktop - the icon top-right of the map, mobile - swipe in from the right hand side)

For health, have a look at the highlighters: Desktop: http://iitc.jonatkins.com/?page=desktop#plugin-show-portal-weakness http://iitc.jonatkins.com/?page=desktop#plugin-portal-highlighter-needs-recharge For mobile, enable the plugins within the settings, then enable the one you want from the right-hand menu.

There are also highlighters for portal level - one that highlights by level colour, and another that highlights just L6/7/8 portals clearly.

Okay I understand. Just installed «Show portal weakness» and it's done. Where can I submit an issue about this plugin? Is there a separate repo for each plugin? I'm about to hide 100%-health portals to show only weak enemy ones to find them quickly, like on original Intel Map.
