Would it be possible to use offline mapsforge OSM maps with the mapsforge API in IITC Mobile? https://github.com/mapsforge/mapsforge

This seems to be targeting native java apps only. IITC uses a webview to render maps, so it cannot be used. Also, there is already support for using precached tiles
