Supporting IonQ (or anything else than Rigetti) #16

For better research, we could think about using other quantum devices than the Rigetti one. However, there are several potential obstacles, outlined below, that could prevent us from doing so.

It seems that the only architectures that can run native circuits (i.e. use verbatim mode in Braket) are Rigetti QPUs and Lucy, see here. We know native getset for Rigetti, and according to the notebook linked above the native gate set for Lucy comprises following gates:
