Estimate costs on each architecture #18

To estimate the costs we would need to know how many shots to do per experiment. @lpawela @plewandowska777 you did some experiments, right? Do you remember how many shots did you use then?

Estimate with shots as a parameter.

We've created a cost calculator taking into account available architectures and the number of shots as parameters.
