ECR gate is needed to implement circuits native to Lucy architecture. The lack of the ECR gate blocks our ability to transition from braket to Orquestra. To add ECR gate to Orquestra stack the following needs to be done:
[ ] Add ECR gate definition in orquestra.quantum
[ ] Add ECR gate conversion in orquestra.integrations.braket
[ ] Add tests verifying that for other integrations attempt to convert ECR gate to another gate set fails with NotImplementedError.
