Migrates to the newer charts of trafik to > v20
Updates traefik itself to 2.11.0
Drops unnecessary resources, as they can be directly configured in the values.yml
⚠️ Breaks compatibility on ingress.host to -> ingress.defaultHost & ingess.additionalHosts ⚠️ added Deployment example for easy migrations in README.IITS.md
