Changed the default port from 8000 to 39100.
The standard ports (9100 - 9999) for prometheus exporters has been exhausted (see this list: https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/wiki/Default-port-allocations). Therefore a port at 39100 has been chosen.
When this PR get's approved, then a new entry in the link above will be added for this exporter.
