DCS metrics mostly empty #35

When requesting DCS metrics the exporter mostly returns empty datapoints. The metrics in the CloudEye Dashboard show the metrics on the other hand.

It appears that a minimum time interval of 2 minutes is required to get the data points from the last minute. Everything between 1 minute and 2 minutes does not solve the issue. 2 minutes is therefore the minumum.
