Implement Local Multiplayer

Max Players: 4 Local multiplayer can be done with one keyboard and 3 gamepads or 4 gamepads.

• [ ] Add main menu item for multiplayer game
• [ ] Add multiplayer config screens (with background) with four slots: the first player hit keyboard will play with keyboard others will need to hit gamepads (like with Broforce game)
• [ ] Each player after joying will get a random unique ship
• [ ] When all players select its ship the 5 seconds count down starts before game start
• [ ] All players start in the middle of the game screen
• [ ] Introduce general life pull for all players
• [ ] Introduce general score not individual
• [ ] Player after death return back immediately to the game if life pool has at least one life
• [ ] If couple players dead and life pool regains with extra life then the first died player comes back to the game

Add icons for the keyboard/pad when player joins Add name like player1, player 2, player 3 and player 4 when player joins Add Leaderboards screens per 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 players

Add local multiplayer settings like friendly fire, friendly collision
