Implement Camera

• Extend matrix to be able to do translation; Add translation helper method
• Implement camera
• Extend IDrawSystem method with Transform Matrix
• Rewirte GamePlaySceen draw metho to gather entities shapes and draw them altogather
• Apply camera to GamePlaySceen
