In general go through the project/code, identify places that could be improved in terms of F# advanced features or functional paradigm and improve

[ ] May be it is a time to get rid of IEntityProvider
[ ] May be it is a time to improve GameEditorScene
[x] Merge Engine projects into one;
[ ] Abstract fonts, content from game
[x] Remove settings from main screen
[ ] Make factories of computation expression for building Scenes
[ ] Think about constants
[x] Move Life and Pixel label to the HUD module
