I extracted the image to an SD card however it will not boot. All I get is a rainbow screen Target machine is Pi3 model B+.

On Pi3 b V1.2 its fine.

Has anyone any ideas please

@flaccidware I've updated SD card image and it is now based on the latest Raspbian. Can you give it a try?
