Picam-streamer image not working on raspberry pi 4B #52

Hi iizukanao, I tried to use Pi4 for a better processing power but the same image which works on my pi 3B+, 3A+, and zero as well does not work on Pi 4B, *Gb ram model, pls guide

I'am using picam-streamer 1.4.9 which is based on raspbian buster i suppose, i have updated and fully upgraded the image, further i have done rpi-update and changed boot loader version to latest still no joy, trying further....
