Reason for disagreement: The Developer Guide serves as a documentation for developer-as-maintainer. It should show how the componenets of the product is designed, implemented and tested. UML diagrams are an integral way to vivdly show the overview of the product and give the readers, especially new readers, a visual, simple way to understand the application. Since it is that important, this flaw would confuse new readers due to the discrepancy between the two diagrams. As such I do not think the severity should be lowered.
I might be wrong but for this part:
It does not show the model component having shifts.
However in shift implementation, shift is shown to be part of model
