A glossary serves to ensure that all stakeholders have a common understanding of the noteworthy terms, abbreviations, acronyms etc.
Since readers of the DG would include future developers and a service rating tracker is what could be implemented in the future, having this term in the glossary would ensure that all stakeholders (future developers included) have a common understanding of the term when a future developer decides to implement this user story. Therefore, including 'service rating' in the glossary is necessary.

There are two mentions of service rating.
Since this was not implemented, perhaps it would be fine for it to not be included in the glossary. For User story section, it is fine since you might want to implement this in the future.
