Maintenance - Able to see Refresh icon for Owner #108

When the user is logged-in as "Owner", under Maintenance the system is displaying Refresh and Email icons. The user with Owner role should not have access to refresh the maintenance data.

Refresh icon will refresh the list of total records. Will invoke API and display results. What's the issue with it. Enable refresh for owner is not a problem. Please check and update.

Email I have removed the access.
