Retested - Validation messages are working fine but getting "Something Went Wrong" message very frequently for each validation message. And Uploaded Attachments are not visible. Hence Reopened

@FayazMaacolony Attachment issues are there... Please do not club those two bugs.

@Rajeswari06 Bug still existed @ Service request end. reproduce issue below steps: (1) Just click on "Add New" (2) Click directly "Save & Next" (3) Then it will display "something went wrong error"
