Chart range filter is not correctly displayed on first display #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the demo http://gwt-charts.appspot.com/
2. Select the "Chart range filter"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is displayed in "small size" (see 1st attached file).
If you resize the window, or change the range, the chart is displayed full size 
(see 2nd attached file).

What operating system, browser and version are you using?
Windows
Tested with Firefox 17, IE 8, Chrome 23.0, all same results.

I have the same behaviour in my GWT application (1st display small size, once 
range updated, display full size).

I've made some changes that should solve this issue.
But since I can't always reproduce it, could you check if the demo is working 
ok?

Ok I have tested the showcase with Firefox 17, IE 8, Chrome 23.0 and it 
displays right.

(I had an attempt with Firefox where the filter doesn't fit all the width, but 
it happened once and I cannot reproduce it...)

Thank you for your feedback. Maybe Firefox was still using a cached version of 
the app.
I'll make a release later this week.
