Update bs_accordion_sidebar tabs #72

Are there any plans to add something like update_bs_accordion_sidebar() to open accordion tabs programmaticaly, similar to updateTabsetPanel()?

RStudio are planning to "move" to Bootstrap 4: rstudio/rmarkdown#1260 - I plan to try to add more functionality then.
