Hi guys, after a fair bit of fighting with the master branch I got RR3 running on Ubuntu 16.04 using the dev (TF) branch with some changes to the conda environment and a few extra libraries. Also modified the grobid port (8080 -> 8070, to keep in line with changed port for 0.5.1).
