A little TLC for the Readme

Hey there,

don't have much to say. I guess it's a case of a meme:

It's not much, but it's honest work 👨‍🌾

Here's what I've done:

• missing apostrophe in ignoreHeaders of options
• default option for port is now code highlighted, too
• formatting: primarily in tables and some spacing of code blocks
