Support loading more GitHub gists via pagination #156

It seems that once you hit 22 layouts your oldest layouts become inaccessible via the loader. I cleaned out a few defunct layouts and older layouts started showing up. However, even after cleaning out the things I don't need there are layouts that I can't directly access, like this one:

As a workaround I can grab the hash and access by URL for now, but it's a pain to have to dig through my gist history to find older designs.

Mmm... this bug makes me sad too. I have 40+ designs and I can't reduce it any less. I can load the .json from github then save it. It won't create a duplicate (name is the same) and becomes first at the list.
