MAPS for other genomes #26

Hi Ivan,

I was wondering if there is a way to use MAPS for genomes that are not as well studied. I saw that the genomic features file requires GC content and mappability which is not readily available for my genome of interest.. Do you have any recommendations for this?

You can use this script to generate genomic features for different genomes.
