Is MAPS only for cutting enzyme MboI?

Changing the enzyme will need to change the genomic_features file. The genomic features files provided with the software are MboI but you can use the genomic_features_generator to generate these files for other enzymes as well.

I have a follow up question to this. If using DpnII instead of MboI (both recognize and digest GATC, but DpnII is insensitive to CpG methylation), does the genomic features file need to be changed?
