Would you please clarify the statistical criteria to define significant interactions if we merge 3 different biological replicates? ie, how would the loops be called significant if they only be identified in one or two replicates but not all replicates? How can it reduce the background by merging 3 replicates instead of using just one replicate? Thanks!
