A test case for Arima-MAPS #44

Dear MAPS support team,

I think I have installed all dependencies for Arima-MAPS, I tried my test data, but hit some python errors. Arima-MAPS README file has example, however, I don't quite understand to use it. May I have a full command (including test data) to test if my set up is OK? Thank you!

Hi, Hard to know what's going wrong without some more details. You can get their test dataset from here: wget -r ftp://ftp-arimagenomics.sdsc.edu/pub/MAPS/test_data/* I'd think that the easiest way to get MAPS working is to use Docker. Did you try doing that? docker pull arimaxiang/arima_maps_hichip:0.1 (Full instructions are here: https://github.com/ijuric/MAPS/tree/master/Arima_Genomics)
