samplename.hic.input #48

Hi developers,

Thanks a lot for providing such a powerful tool for us to analyze plac-seq data, and here I met with an issue related to samplename.hic.input. I thought this file was used as input file to generate .hic, and could you please tell me how to achieve it (possibly via juicer_tools)?

I find the answer. Juicer_tools could perform it by using the "pre" function.
