Revise the equation reference numbers #88

Ok, I fixed things in the main text. The appendix might be tricky but am working on it.

I had to switch from claimproof to just using proof

Still todo: fixup referencing in the appendix and turn off the equation numbering (instead, reference equations from the main text.

Ok I turned off the numbering in the appendix so the only thing left to do is fix the equation numbers discussed by using \ref

Is proof of claim 1 in the appendix finished?

Ok this is basically done except Idk if the proof of claim 1 is complete. I guess you just need to sub in equation 5 for y probably
