I think turning in the parallel simulations code is best, but I like the idea of us putting a link to the repository in the paper somewhere so that they can look at the other code if they'd like.
Ok, I'll work on sticking a link to the repo in the paper. We will have to make it public eventually.
BTW that's nice for all of us since you can put this project on your CV or whatever easily.

Do we think they care if we turn in like the local simulations or the parallel simulations code? Can do either or both.
Or maybe we can turn in the repository? Like, make it public and provide a link.
