Stop loading firmware from standalone file #167

This feature causes several support cases. Let's remove it.

changing the previous/old firmware's filename would be sufficient, that old lying around files aren't loaded

I feel this was originally targeted as a debug feature. But it is not really useful.

I would prefer to keep it in debug configuration to have a fast run test of Fx3.img when we will add new radios :-)) Or better follow Hayati's advice and rename the file something like "TestCandidateFX3.img" ?

Let me keep the original function in DEBUG build.

i'm not working/testing with firmwares .. but i would suggest renaming the filename - as Oscar suggested - anyway: also in debug.

done. Use TestFX3.img to keep it under 8.3 filename.

8.3: not really necessary .. but fine. i'm fine with this "minor" patch .. but it will have big effect for users
