request: icon possition/sorting #21

would it be possible to assign numbers to the icons so the always get sorted in the same order on the panel?

I'm not sure whether it's possible or not. Unfortunately, I have not time to research and to implement this. Hope, someone can pick up this issue and send me a pull request.

@ikalnytskyi @corebots It seems to be possible somewhat as the extend-panel-menu extension is able to order the icons displayed or hidden within the aggregate menu:

It seems to me that it would make sense to pull these functionalities together and perhaps there's some code that can be shared between the two to improve both of them.
