I'm trying to keep the Toolkit out of the app to keep the amount of extra dependencies a bit down, so I've manually added the extra PRIResource for the Resource file with your translation to the project (so it get's picked up by VS). So that's the reason why I'm closing this PR. The translation from patch-3 has been added to the master branch. :)

Once again thank you for the translation efforts.
